Preamble. Ideas cannot be owned. I believe this is true. Our present society and legal system believes otherwise. Threading the line between these two facts remains ever-challenging. This licensing section represents my best attempt to toe that line—to allow anyone and everyone who wants to use the work I create on this site in good faith to do so, while providing some modicum of legal protection against vulturous corporations exploiting this work and claiming it for their own. Know that if I discover a small, independent creator using my work in some way that is strictly in violation of the terms of these licenses, but still well within the spirit and clearly done in good faith, I will never take action of any kind against such a creator.
